We’re looking to find the Future Finance Apprentice of the Year. We’re looking for apprentices who can demonstrate resilience, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. Someone who is eager to learn, brings fresh perspectives, and can make an impact within the world of professional services

In partnership with RSM, this award celebrates curious, motivated students who see opportunity in every challenge. It’s about recognising fresh thinkers who bring new perspectives, creative ideas, and the drive to turn numbers into real impact.

To enter, you must be:

Studying mathematics, economics, accounting, finance, business & psychology
Be in Year 12/13

What could you win?

You could win a £250 voucher with a goodie bag, a mentorship opportunity which includes a employability session with the early careers talent acquisition team and a session with a senior manager at RSM, a work shadowing programme role, attend an insight day at one of the RSM offices, and a digital toolkit!

Finalists will also be invited to meet RSM at one of their office insight days where they will also receive a goodie bag.

Assessment

If you are successful in making it through to the next stage, you will be invited for a telephone interview with RSM.

Celebrate your success

The final shortlist of ten students will be invited to the awards ceremony on 27th February 2026, where the winners will be revealed.

All finalists will be invited to bring along a parent or carer to celebrate the big moment.
