We’re searching schools, colleges, and sixth forms across the UK to find the Future Apprentice of the Year Celebrating Female Accounting Potential!
In partnership with EY, this award seeks to identify aspiring female accountants who have a passion for numbers, a curiosity for business, and a desire to make a positive impact on the world of finance.
Eligibility for applying:
- The Celebrating Female Accounting Potential category is aimed at raising awareness with female Year 12 (or equivalent) students
- Minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths
- On track to complete three A-levels or (equivalent e.g. BTEC Nationals)

What could you win?
A personal half-day in-person experience hosted by our Audit or Tax teams at one of our EY offices. You’ll learn what it’s like to work at a global professional services firm.
Mentoring 3 x 45 min mentoring session (with an EY Professional), helping you understand and work towards your accounting goals!
Finalists will also be considered for a place on EY's 2027 Career Starters work experience programme which provides a conversion pathway to our 2028 apprenticeship programmes!
