A guided tour of the office and key business areas, giving the winner a behind-the-scenes look at the working environment and the chance to meet employees across the business.
Apprenticeship Success Workshop
A practical session covering:
• What recruiters look for in applications
• How to stand out from other candidates
• Common application mistakes to avoid
• Tips for showcasing skills and potential
Mock Interview & Feedback
A realistic apprenticeship interview followed by personalised feedback to help build confidence and improve future interview performance.

If you’re successful in progressing to the next stage, we’ll be in touch with details of what happens next.
Assessment
If you successfully pass the initial application and screening stage, your application will be reviewed by BAE Systems.
Full details will be given to successful students.

The final shortlisted students will be invited to join us at the Awards Ceremony on 9 April 2027, where we’ll celebrate their achievements and reveal the winner of each award.
