targetjobs (previously TARGETjobs) is one of the most used graduate jobs website, however, we are not just a graduate jobs website: we are a leading careers platform in the UK for students and graduates. For more than a decade, we’ve been empowering them to make better decisions about their future after university, supporting them on a journey of self-discovery through every stage of their career thinking.
In 2026 we partnered with Upskill Me who work in schools to support students to explore their future careers, next steps and apprenticeships, and who will be working with us to drive the Future Apprentice of the Year awards in 2027.
At targetjobs we provide:
- an unrivalled range of graduate job and schemes, internship and work experience vacancies across 22 sectors and counting, alongside postgraduate study opportunities with key education providers.
- comprehensive, impartial careers advice, taking students through each stage of the job-hunting journey, from deciding what they want to do to making successful applications, impressing at interview and juggling multiple job offers. We offer advice for careers in specific sectors and for to the recruitment processes at big-name employers.
- a variety of careers advice tools, including our interactive online courses, targetjobs Pathways, and our digital publications and mini-guides to big careers.
- a selection of through which students can meet employers, develop their skills, discover how to successfully apply for the role they want and even be shortlisted for graduate vacancies.
targetjobs’ partnerships: how we create our advice
As part of this objective, we commission recruiters and industry practitioners (graduate and senior employees) to provide us with their insights. We also work in partnership with other organisations that provide impartial content for students. Currently, these include:
The aim of targetjobs’ advice content is to provide objective and impartial information and guidance, it is editorially independent, except where content is labelled as an advertising feature.
- The Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS): AGCAS members have written or sourced our teaching content and targetjobs has edited it
- Student Minds, a student-focused mental health charity
- MyPlus, an organisation focused on supporting students and graduates with disabilities.
