Say hello to Jamie Laing - your host for our first ever Future Apprentice of the Year Awards 2026! 🏆

Jamie didn't climb a corporate ladder - he built his own. At 24, he co-founded Candy Kittens and turned his passion into a multi-million pound business through hands-on learning, grit, and determination.

He gets it: apprentices learn by DOING. Jamie didn't follow a traditional corporate path - he learned by doing, made mistakes, iterated, and built something incredible through practical experience rather than theory alone.
